PriceWatcher provides tools to monitor product pages, listings, and other URLs you choose for changes such as price, availability, or listing status, and to notify you when those changes occur ("Service"). These Terms form a legal agreement between you ("User") and the provider of PriceWatcher ("Provider"). If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.

The Provider is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or performance of any third-party services or monitored pages.

The Service, including all software, interfaces, designs, and content (excluding your own data and configuration), is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of the Provider or its licensors.
